
Booking a ride on the Dublin Connector just got easier.
The new Flexigo mobile app gives eligible Dublin Connector riders a convenient new way to schedule, manage and track their trips from their smartphone. The app is available now for both Apple and Android devices.
The Dublin Connector provides fare-free, on-demand transportation for eligible riders, including:
- Dublin residents ages 55 and older
- Dublin residents with disabilities
- Employees traveling to and from work within Dublin
Book a Ride in Just a Few Steps
After downloading the Flexigo app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, riders can:
- Request a ride
- Schedule trips in advance
- View pick-up information
- Track their vehicle in real time
- Manage upcoming reservations
Rides may be requested as little as two hours in advance, although 24 hours’ notice is recommended. Riders can also schedule trips up to six weeks ahead, with all rides accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

About the Dublin Connector
The Dublin Connector helps residents and employees access work, appointments, shopping, recreation and other destinations throughout the community. The service is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to expanding transportation options and making it easier for people to move around Dublin safely and conveniently.
Current service hours include:
Workforce riders: Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Senior and disability riders: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
